Payments can be made through paypal, cash and all major credit cards. Payments must be made in full on all items before processed and shipped. After order is placed an authorization form will be sent to you, this must be completed before item is shipped. For all feathered items please note feathers are subjected to be changed however the colour of the feather will always remain the same. If for any reason a desposit is made it is NON REFUNDABLE. Shipping is done through USPS and FEDEX for overses clients, for clients in Jamaica shipping is done though either knutsford express, tara courier or dhl. Shipping time is subjected to be changed based on the item(s) you select and based on the material in stock at that particular time, If the item is out of stock the designer will contact you for a new date for the item to be shipped. Regular shipping time are 2-3 weeks . Express shipping is 1-5 days base on location. Next day shipping is also available. If a customer request to have an item shipped to another address other than the provided address on the order the customer is responsible for the package. There will be no refund on shipping if the address is changed and if there is an additional cost the customer is also responsible for payment before item can be shipped to that new address. If item is shipped to an address at a lower cost NO REFUND or ADJUSTMENT is granted. An authorization form will be sent to you after order is placed, the form must be completed as instructed. An email is required to be sent to (firstname.lastname@example.org) as well with change of address. If an item is return without a reason designer is not responsible for that item. An item can only be returned for adjustments only, when that happens buyer is responsible for shipping payment. Express delivery will attract an extra cost. Signature will be required when items are delivered via FedEx.
Note: All items are made to order. Processing times are different on selected items. Processing time for regular items that does not involve rhinestone detailing takes 4 weeks to complete if you need the item before that 4 weeks you will need to do a RUSH ORDER. Processing time for Rhinestone item takes 3 months if you need it before that 3 months you will need to do a RUSH ORDER. Processing time for wedding dresses will take up to six months if you need the dress before that six month you will need to do a RUSH ORDER. Proceesing time and shipping time are not the same. The item is processed then shipped. Rush order option is always available.
A rush order has nothing to do with shipping. A RUSH order is where the processing of the order is minimize to a minimum time that the item needs to be completed for. There is no specific processing time so if needed for a specific date before the regular processing time the item is made before that time so it can be shipped and delivered in time. Rush order and shipping have different cost which is applied to each order when selected. When a customer wants to do a rush order they automatically have to do express shipping or next day delivery based on the time the package is to be delivered sometimes based on due date regular shipping can be selected. NO ITEM RETURNED WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND ONLY ALTERATIONS CAN BE MADE. ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT SELLER’S KNOWLEDGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO BUYER. ANY ORDERS RETURN WITHOUT A REASON OR NOT COLLECTED WHEN IT IS SHIPPED WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF NISH KOLLECTION AFTER 30 DAYS, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHIPMENT OF ITEM.
DEPOSIT ON SELECTED ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Deposits are only made via Western Union or Money Gram you have the option to make the deposit online for either entity from their website or walk in. Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you cancel the order the money will not be refunded. Please to read the description on items before purchasing.

There is a NO REFUND policy on all items. I cannot accept returns for a refund on all items due to sanitary reason and base on the fact that items are done to order. Due to covid 19 absolutely no returns or refund can be granted. Please to be sure on the date that the item is dued for before you place order. If you have any questions regarding materials used please feel free to contact us if you are unsure about the materials used to make the item you want to order. Please to be sure on the items you select for purchase and the size, it’s ok to send your measurements to confirm your correct size. Once the item is shipped it cannot be RETURNED FOR A REFUND. If for any reason the item doesn’t fit only ALTERATIONS CAN BE MADE. Customer is responsible for payment on shipping the item.
ONLY DESIGNS FROM NISH KOLLECTION CAN BE CUSTOMIZED. Customized items will attract a cost, Once an order is placed it CANNOT be canceled you have the option to choose another item with the same cost within the hour of purchase that’s if the item hasn’t been in the processing stage already, if there is a change in design the item chosen must be the same cost. There is no refund if you choose another design, so please be sure on the design before ordering. There will be an additional fee for the change as well. If the design cost more additional payment must be paid. Unless noted otherwise Nish Kollection is a boutique who specializes in custom made apparel. When you contact Nish Kollection regarding an item a time slot (24-48 business hours) is reserved in the order of your inquiry. Information exchanged during that time determines if we can accommodate your order’s timeframe, material etc. This is all done promptly to ensure you the customer receives our personalized care and attention. Once that window is closed the next inquiry is pulled and work will commence on that order. Due to the overwhelming traffic we receive daily we urge you to take advantage of that time slot. Once your inquiry is closed it’s closed for good and if at a later date you wish to proceed with an order it’s would be from the most recent inquiry interaction.
