Shipping & Processing Policy
At Nish Kollection, we take pride in the meticulous creation of your custom pieces. Please distinguish between Processing Time (the time taken to handcraft your garment) and Shipping Time (the time in transit with the courier).
1. Processing Times
Every item is handcrafted. Processing windows depend on the complexity of the design and material availability:
Non-Embellished Designs: 4–6 weeks.
Rhinestone & Heavily Detailed Designs: 3–4 months.
Bridal/Wedding Gowns: 4–6 months.
Rush Orders: If you require a piece sooner than the standard windows above, a Rush Processing option is available.
Note: Processing time must be completed before the shipping window begins.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We utilize premium couriers to ensure your masterpiece reaches you safely.
USA (FedEx/DHL): 1–7 business days.
USA (USPS): 5–15 business days.
Canada & International: 3–15 business days via FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
Jamaica Domestic: Knutsford Express or local Post Office.
Daily Cut-off: To maintain our shipping schedule, all necessary documentation (Authorization Form and Photo ID) must be received by 12:00 PM EST. Documentation received after this time will result in the package being dispatched the following business day.
3. Rush Options
Rush Processing: Accelerates the creation of your garment.
Rush Shipping: Accelerates the transit time via the courier.
If you have a specific deadline, both options must be selected at checkout to ensure timely arrival.
4. Free Shipping Policy
When offered, Free Shipping applies only to orders following our Standard Processing timelines. If a specific "Need-By" date is requested that falls outside our regular window, Free Shipping is void, and the client must cover all expedited costs.
5. Delivery & Courier Terms
Signature Required: For your security, a signature is required for all deliveries.
Address Accuracy: We ship exclusively to the address provided at checkout. If an address change is required, the original order must be cancelled and repurchased with the correct details.
Transfer of Responsibility: Once a package leaves our studio and is scanned by the courier, Nish Kollection is no longer liable. The customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
Third-Party Issues: We do not contact parcel services on your behalf. We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments due to:
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Packages lost or stolen during the parcel process.
Packages held by customs.
6. Unclaimed & Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping fees. There are no refunds on shipping costs under any circumstances. If an item remains unclaimed for 30 days, it becomes the property of Nish Kollection.
7. Inventory & Availability
If a specific material is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with a revised shipping date. We strive to ship all event-specific orders at least one week prior to the event date to ensure peace of mind.
