What if I need a custom in size?
- You have the option to enter your exact measurements on each item along with your standard size ( small, medium, etc) when you enter your exact measurements item will be made to whats stated.
When is it best to order?
- See processing time on items. It's always best to order as early as possible to secure your spot and also for the material to be ordered once its not instock, rather than wait until you do measurements if you dont have them when you are ordering, that can be done after we will require additional information for measurements. You can however order with your standard size to place the order and we will contact you for the additional information.
What does Ready to Wear mean?
- Ready To Wear are pieces are stocked items that can be shipped as soon as 1-2 days. Order today ship out next business day. We do not ship on weekends. If your order is needed in a hurry please choose the rush order option.
How can I contact with your customer service regarding an online order or questions about an item on the website?
- You may contact Nish kollection via email or for a quicker response whatsapp call or text 18765271905. You can click the "CHAT WITH US" icon on the website as well.
If my outfit is too small/too big, how do I exchange?
- Items can only be adjusted, you have the option on the website to add your exact measurements.
What if i get my outfit and a see some feather singles coming off?
- This is natural with all feathered items the feathers are sewn and glued on to the design its natural to see a few coming off the cannot be helped. If this happens you can put it back on by using glue or just let it stay if its not obvious.
What if i need my item before the normal processing time?
- Processing for items without rhinestone is normally 4 weeks. Processing for items with rhinestone is normally 3 months. If you need the order before these time a RUSH SHIPPING MUST BE DONE. This allows you to get the item for the specific date needed.
What is your response time?
- Please allow 48-72 hrs to receive a response via email or if you choose to whatsapp us you will get a quicker response within minutes.
Do you accept refunds?
- No, We don't offer refunds due to sanitary reasons as well as all items are made to order. please be sure on the item and size you are ordering/
Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?
- Yes, we can update order and shipping addresses within reason. There will be no refunds on either option, if additional cost is needed you will be charged. You can contact us via email or whatsapp. If you have already received a tracking number the change can not be made.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
- Your package can be shipped back out to you. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.
How can I cancel my order?
- We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to get a store credit for future purchases. Expires after 1 year
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?
- No, Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized.
My order keeps canceling. Why is that?
- Unfortunately the system will automatically cancel an order for different reasons. It’s totally out of our control. You can try the options of: making sure the billing and shipping address are the same, trying a different payment method or try checking out with another card. If non of this works please contact us for assitance.
Can I purchase Nish Kollection from any other retailer?
- No, you can only purchase Nish kollection from www.nishkollection.com .
My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.
- We have shipped your order. Once your item is with the carrier it is out of our control please contact the carrier for any updates or information regarding your delivery. All pieces are shipped via FEDEX,DHL and USPS. Once your item leaves the Nish kollection, delivery is in the hands of those carriers. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the shipping company that is item was sent with.
If ordered during a sale, when can I expect delievery?
- Sale items have the same processing time as stated in the shipping policy. if you order with a "Ready to ship item" delivery is made base on the method you selected for shipping. All items purchased during a sale are final. They can not be returned/exchanged.
Where is your store located?
- Nish Kollection is a website based boutique only. We do not have a Physical Store. All orders MUST be placed on the website.
