Refund & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Nish Kollection. Because each NK piece is a handcrafted masterpiece tailored specifically to your requirements, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Please review the following terms before finalizing your purchase:
1. Made-to-Order Commitment
Every item (excluding those explicitly listed in the "Ready to Ship" category) is made-to-order. Processing begins immediately upon receipt of your order. Because labor and materials are dedicated to your specific garment from the moment of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
2. Sizing & Measurements
To ensure a perfect fit, we highly encourage clients to submit their custom measurements.
Precision: When measurements are provided, the design is constructed specifically to those specifications.
Verification: If you are unsure of your size, please contact us for a size confirmation prior to ordering. Be certain of your selections, as incorrect size choice by the client does not qualify for a refund.
3. Returns & Sanitary Standards
Due to the custom nature of our work and for strict sanitary reasons, Nish Kollection does not accept returns for refunds.
4. Adjustments & Alterations
We want you to feel stunning in your NK design. If your garment requires a fit adjustment:
In-House Adjustments: We are happy to perform adjustments to ensure the perfect fit. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Third-Party Alterations: If any alterations are performed by a seamstress or tailor outside of Nish Kollection, this voids all liability. We will no longer be able to accept the garment for further adjustments or services.
5. Rush Orders
Rush order options are available for those with tight deadlines. Once a rush order is placed, the priority processing time takes effect immediately; therefore, these orders are strictly non-refundable.
6. Shipping & Timelines
Please verify your required "Need-By" date and shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
