Terms of Service
Welcome to Nish Kollection. By placing an order or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As a brand defined by luxury, innovation, and influential design, we are committed to providing the highest quality craftsmanship for every client.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Nature
All Nish Kollection items are made-to-order. We cater to all genders and sizes, ensuring a luxury experience for every silhouette. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, the following applies:
No Refunds: Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
Order Changes: You may request an exchange for an item of equal value within one (1) hour of purchase, provided the item has not entered the processing stage. If the item has already entered processing, an additional fee will apply for any changes.
2. Materials & Quality Standard
We use only premium materials, from high-grade threads to luxury fabrics.
Hand-Detailed Finishes: Rhinestones and appliques are hand-sewn onto sheer bases. Glitter materials are set with specialized glue; while minor shedding is natural, the integrity of the design remains intact.
Zippers & Hardware: We use delicate, high-quality zippers. These must be handled with extreme care due to the intricate nature of the garment.
Lining & Add-ons: Standard dress lining extends to the knee. Full-length lining, bust pads, or boning must be requested specifically and will incur an additional cost.
Variations: Due to the artistic nature of our materials, pattern placement may vary slightly depending on the cut of the fabric, ensuring your piece is a unique work of art.
3. Consultations & Customization
Fees: Consultation fees are Non-Refundable and must be paid via Zelle prior to the meeting.
Wedding Consultations: Starting at $180
Prom/Special Event Consultations: Starting at $100
Process: Consultations are held via email or text to discuss measurements and design specifics. Clients must provide all necessary information regarding their vision and event dates.
Deposits: Any deposits made toward a confirmed design are Non-Refundable.
4. Returns, Alterations, & Reshipment
Adjustments Only: We do not offer refunds. If a design requires adjustments, we are happy to assist.
Unauthorized Returns: Any item sent back without prior written consent from Nish Kollection will not be accepted.
Third-Party Alterations: If a garment is altered by anyone other than Nish Kollection, it immediately voids any eligibility for return or further adjustment by our studio.
Unclaimed Items: Orders returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, the item becomes the property of Nish Kollection. The buyer is responsible for all re-shipment costs.
5. Shipping & Fraud Prevention
Liability: Once a package is dispatched to the carrier, Nish Kollection is no longer responsible for delays or loss.
Authorization: To protect against fraud, we require a completed Authorization Form and ID verification for all orders. This ensures the security of your transaction.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud: If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, we will report the incident to the FBI for internet credit card fraud. We capture IP addresses and coordinate with shipping carriers to provide evidence for legal action or collections.
6. Order Fulfillment Policy
To ensure a smooth workflow, all orders must be finalized and delivered within one (1) calendar year of the original purchase date.
Failure to retrieve an order within this timeframe results in the order being automatically voided.
Voided orders are not eligible for refunds, re-makes, or alternative item credits.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to finalize delivery arrangements within this period.
7. Customer Service
We value our clients and aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. For quality assurance and record-keeping, all professional correspondence is documented via text, email, or WhatsApp.
